I will advise you on what home improvements will increase the value of your home. I will coordinate all logistics of the listing; such as photography, home staging, 3D imaging, and drafting compelling advertising copy to ensure your listing stands out above the competition… especially online. I will guide you through your personalized marketing strategy, complicated contracts and forms and the challenging negotiation process. I will help you manage home inspections, appraisals and closing. I will be your liaison to all vendors and attorneys involved. I will strive to communicate with clarity and transparency to ensure you understand each step in the process from beginning to end. I am a Certified Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), e-Pro Realtor, earned the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification, have achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and received the C2EX endorsement (Commitment to Excellence) through NAR. I was named “Rookie of the Year 2021” by the North Central Association of Realtors (NCMAR) in 2020 and earned a Top Producer Award for 2021 and 2022. I grew up in Shrewsbury MA and have lived and worked in Central MA my entire life. I currently reside in Clinton MA with my wife Sarah and daughter Sophie. My family is the center of my world. I enjoy mountain biking, singing and playing guitar. I love home improvement projects. I have an A.S. degree in Cabinetry and Construction from New England Technical Institute in Warwick, RI.
